How Refunds Are Handled
Leak School provides access to digital learning materials immediately after enrollment. Because content is available right away, refund requests are evaluated based on both timing and usage.
Evaluation Period
Participants may request a refund within five (5) calendar days of purchase.
This period allows for reviewing course structure and initial content.
Usage Review
Refund decisions consider how much of the course has been used.
This may include:
• accessed lessons and materials
• completed activities
• time spent within the platform
• interaction with course content
Minimal usage increases eligibility.
When Refunds May Be Declined
Refunds may not be approved if:
• a large portion of content has been accessed
• the request is submitted after the allowed period
• course expectations differ from clearly described content
Processing Time
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
